telos does not sell any products through distributors. Instead, we handle all national and international orders directly. Orders are usually processed within one working-day and since we use the superios carrier FedEx for international shipping, our customers receive their goods within a couple of days, usually within one day.

We want to give the best possible support to our customers in both the pre-sales and the post-sales phase. Since we have developed our products ourselves, we know more about them than any other company. Therefore we believe that we should support our customers directly.

Another reason for not selling through distributors is the simple fact that any sales network needs to survive financially. Since we do not carry any mass products, the price impact of supporting a sales network would be quite substantial.
