- Please verify correct jumper settings
- LED Pwr is on
- LED ConfOK comes up shortly after pressing the RESET button printer mode configuration
- supply voltage too low
- last not least: quality of power supply cable is connected 1:1 and is not longer than 2 meters a shielded cable is used
- Maybe you should have a try on another PC to verify there is no general problem with the printer interface
