Distributors and International Sales

telos does not sell any products through distributors. Instead, we handle all national and international orders directly. Orders are usually processed within one working-day and since we use FedEx and TNT as a reliable carrier for all international shipping, our customers receive their goods within a couple of days.

We want to give the best possible support to our customers in both the pre-sales and the post-sales phase. Since we have developed our products ourselves, we know more about them than any other company. Therefore we believe that we should support our customers directly.

Another reason for not selling through distributors is the simple fact that any sales network needs to survive financially. Since we do not carry any mass products, the price impact of supporting a sales network would be quite substantial.

Due to the special demands for some countries and despite of the above statement in October 2004 Windway Technologies Ltd became our Tracii XL distributor for the P.R.China and Hongkong.
