Levii is a small and easy-to-use level shifter for the I2C bus. This is indispensable in applications where two I2C buses have to communicate with different bus voltage levels.
Additionally, Levii offers two bi-directional pins for general purposes including a second I2C bus.
Features:
Check the product page for more details. Levii is available for 190 Euro.
We have now complemented our I2C product line with Optii, a multi-purpose I2C galvanic isolation and level shifting device. Optii comes in a solid housing and provides substantial protection against problems related to differing electrical potentials. Features:
Check the product page for more details. Optii is available for 695 Euro.
We are proud to announce the availability of I2C Slave support for Tracii XL with the latest release of I2C Studio. This feature is free for all Tracii XL users with a valid service contract. With this new functionality you can instruct Tracii XL to act as an I2C slave at a configurable address. Both, read and write operations are possible. The behaviour is identical to a typical I2C memory i.e. combined transfers are supported. Note that absolutely no hardware modification is necessary to enable the slave mode. In addition to this generic I2C RAM behaviour telos can implement custom specific device simulations for more complex ICs like tuners, sensors, video processors etc. Please ask for details.
Starting with I2C Studio release 1.9 it is possible to share and access telos I2C interfaces via the Internet.
Using Tracii XL I2C Studio is able to analyse and manage EEPROM devices used for special purposes:
The current version number of I2C Studio is V1.10. Check the product page and the download page for more details.
These are the new I2C Studio features since the last newsletter:
Yes, Connii MM became a simple I2C monitor!
A minor firmware update for the Tracii 400 is available improving the handling of stretched I2C buses.
