I2C Studio

• Tracii XL: Added support for master bitrates in fast-mode up to 444 kHz. This is of course beyond the I2C specification but provides a chance to test the I2C communication in critical situations.
• New: I2C address dialog for entering I2C addresses in different formats:
  Entering addresses a dialog pops-up providing different kinds of I2C address formats as 7, 8, 10 bit in decimal / hex or binary notation. To suppress the pop-up please click the checkbox in the dialog. To re-enable it use the checkbox in the I2C Studio-options accessible from the toolbar via Options/I2C Studio.
• New: Scan the I2C bus for responding I2C slaves building a list of devices on the bus.

I2C Framework

• New: method to scan the I2C bus for slave addresses
• New: additional example (tracer with CSV export)

I2C.Labview - Labview 7.0 Support

Starting with I2C Studio 1.5 telos offers Labview 7.0 support for the following I2C products: Tracii XL (Master and A/D) and Connii (Master).

The Labview VIs can be used in parallel with other I2C tools like I2C Studio. So it is possible to use e.g. the master VI to control an I2C slave connected to a Tracii XL board and to trace the bus traffic with the same board in parallel with I2C Studio.
